Who on Earth believes that Global Warming causes blizzards?

You need to learn the difference between climate and weather. Weather is conditions in the atmosphere over a short period of time. Climate is the conditions of the atmosphere over a long period of time. When you add up the total temperature per year and take the average the trend is that it is becoming progressively warmer. That doesn't mean we won't have large blizzards and cold winter days on earth anymore.
