Certain Casual Dresses?

Im looking for a new dress to wear out to dinners and teas and other stuff like that.I also want to Wear it to prom next year.I am looking for something that is tight at the top and in the middle so it really shows of my body.I also want it to poof out like a tutu at the bottom.I don't want it to be really out-wards/straight but like a poofy organza material
