Why is my eyes iris uneven?i had a elbow hit my left eye during bball but its not that hard.could thiscause it?

you have to self test ur eyes. get a flashlight and flash it on ur left eye and do it on the opposite. note the reaction of ur pupil the time it constricted. if ur eyes did not respond equally, then ur cranial nerve 3 or oculomotor is damaged. if so, consult your doctor.
