Radiator Fan on 02 Jeep Grand Cherokee wont turn off even though car is turned off after a snowy drive?

my dad had to pull the fuse or something for the radiator fan because we're afraid it would drain the battery, but the car is turned off and it was still turned on... we havent put it back back on, because we want to know what you guys will say....
