How do you get a professional sounding producer signature?

I know that question sounds vague but what im talking about is how producers make their music and have some voice in the beginning say his or her name such as (in a cool voice ;)) "DJ Khaled". Would I have to record somebody saying it or can I go to a website and make it say it (text to speech)? I also need a file, such as a .mp3 or a .wav file so that i can put it into the program I use (Fruity Loops 6.08 XXL PE). Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance!
