How can one deal with drivers that have road rage?

I don't think they are thinking at all. Some people just have anger issues and they come out big time when they start driving. And when they get that way, I think all rational thinking just goes out the window so all you can do is stay out of their way and be careful. Let them have their anger and rage as long as you get home safely.
